Fellow McNair Scholars...

And so...I finally am free to post my first actual musing. Forgive me if I am a bit rushed at this juncture, I believe the word of baby Evangeline's arrival precedes this entry. I look forward to sharing this part of our respective journeys together. My only hope is that I might be able to impart some insight to you as we undertake this path. I must confess I am currently immersed in introspection, rumination, and potential epiphanies...time will tell the extent of the impact this past week has on me, I expect the answer to be a profound one. Correction, The impact IS profound, it is the manner of profundity that remains to be seen. I apologize if this post is brief, but words escape me currently, or more succinctly, the words are caught in a sea of emotion...all positive mind you, but far too immediate to sort into coherency. I will end this post by hoping that each of you might experience the emotion I feel right now, regardless of the vehicle that brings it...Namaste
